OWS Supplier to Client Letter
Suppliers and Producers: If a client purchases Ocean Wise recommended products, they are eligible to join the Ocean Wise Seafood program – with at least one Ocean Wise recommended item, anyone can become a partner. Share this with your clients and send them this letter explaining your sustainability commitments and the perks of working with an Ocean Wise Seafood partner like you!
OWS Partners to Supplier Letter
Restaurants and Retailers: Let your supplier, or prospective supplier, know that you are committed to responsible seafood souring by sharing this letter outlining your expectation that they will provide sourcing information to OWS staff on your behalf and will not make substitutions without your and OWS’s approval. It also encourages them to share their verified OWS options, or join OWS to have a seafood audit performed.
Please get in touch with your Ocean Wise Seafood contact for Ocean Wise Seafood logo files. Ocean Wise Seafood branding use must be approved by an OWS staff member before publishing/printing.
