When choosing your event location, please stick to marked trail paths and be sensitive to the natural environment. Please contact the City of Port Coquitlam Parks team at [email protected] with at least 1-week prior to promoting your event to ensure permission.

City staff can help you to determine an area that will pose minimum risk to sensitive habitats and ensure for accessible waste removal and supply pick-up following the event.

The municipality may also be able to provide supplies to support with your clean-up, such as litter tongs, nitrile gloves and garbage bags.
